5 READERS STAND TO WIN A DINNER FOR 2
Graced by the likes of Queen Elizabeth II and former president S.R Nathan, this historic (and largest) tea house along Neil Road is home to a variety of Chinese teas, from Top-Grade Dragon Well (long jing) to Scarlet Robe (da hong pao). Grand tea master Patrick Kang, with 20 years of experience in Chinese Tea Art and Chinese culture, can often be found hosting tea appreciation workshops as well as tea tasting and pairing sessions. To go along with their impeccable selection of high-grade Chinese teas are a bevy of delectable dishes, including a Oolong Sweet Potato, Dragon Well Noodles and Rose Tea Rice Balls. Having just renovated, they offer a serene space with different seating styles – Japanese, Korean and oriental – for friends and family to enjoy the art of tea.
