The intimate Filipino communal-style Kamayan (meaning eaten with hands) dinner is a feast fit for royalty. Dig into classic Filipino favourites like Pork Adobo and Lechon Kawali (crispy fried pork belly), Lumpia Shanghai (Filipino spring rolls), Ginataang Hipon (prawns in coconut milk), Tocino (sweet grilled meat akin to char siew) as well as Calderata Chicken. Sunday Wine Down with PS.Cafe


It’s back! Now in its third year, PS.Cafe’s monthly wine-tasting series are an easy (and more affordable) way to experience over 30 internationally renowned wines from the world over. The wines selected are diverse both in style and price point, so there’s a bottle to suit everyone’s palate. Set sail for the Mediterranean this Sunday 27 May to sample fine reds, whites, rosés and bubbles from the sunny coast of Barcelona to Beirut, including Lebanon, Greece, Croatia, Italy, France, Spain and Morocco. All wine tasting is free, which plenty opportunity to purchase heavily discounted bottles on the same day (prices range from $42 – $89), with a 10% discount on 6 bottles and a 15% discount on 12 bottles.
