American fast-food chain A&W, which stands for Allen and Wright, has confirmed their return to Singapore, as reported by Yahoo News.
The first fast-food restaurant to open in Singapore back in 1966, A&W has been dearly missed by fast-food fanatics after their departure more than a decade ago. Serving as a training ground for A&W across South East Asia (they plan to open 30 to 40 new restaurants in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia), the team based in Singapore is now looking for the perfect spot to open the first Asia flagship store, with their main office already set up.
