This May, give your wallet a break with these awesome food offerings and promotions at Tea Valley, Mookata Traditional Thai BBQ and Sen of Japan

Executive chef Nakano Hiromi, ex-NOBU Las Vegas, will be headlining his modern restaurant Sen of Japan till 12 May with a special tasting menu of signature dishes and new fusion creations. Look out for black cod soy and salmon aburi maki roll, prepared with ingredients flown in from Japan twice a week. The highlight of his visit will be the six-course Chef’s Table dinner experience ($88), featuring items such as tuna white fish salad with garlic olive oil, and light smoked duck with fresh wasabi and balsamic sauce. Pair it up with sakes by the glass or bottle, including thoughtful sake flights to enjoy over the sunset views. #01-86 Bay Level, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 2 Bayfront New openings Avenue. Top it off with one of the healthy floral and fruit tea options ($4), imported from Taiwan. #B1-04 The Central, 6 Eu Tong Seng Road
