Winner of the Ramen Champion Tasting Competition 2015, Tonkotsu Ikkyu brings something new to the table. Their special tonkotsu ramen now comes in White ($15.80), Red (spicy, $16.80), Green (spinach, $16.80) and Black (black garlic oil, $16.80). All are topped with cha shu (pork collar slices cooked sous vide style), black fungus, soft-boiled egg and spring onions. We recommend the Black, which features a satisfying smoky and earthy flavour.
