Indian rojak
Literally meaning ‘mixture’ in Malay, rojak aptly describes a dish with a myriad of ingredients. The Indian iteration uses dough fritters, bean sprouts, hard boiled eggs, cuttlefish, cucumber and bean curd tossed in a spicy-sweet peanut sauce.
