P. Bistro [CLOSED]
Co-owned by chef Min Yee and her husband, Pang, the laidback Parisian bistro now offers up their Christmas set meal at $48. Start off the meal with lobster bisque, which is a thick seafood soup flavoured with brandy for a decadent umami aftertaste. Guests have a choice between P.Bistro’s Christmas turkey roulade–turkey breast wrapped with crispy bacon, stuffed with ham and mozzarella, on a bed of mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables and black pepper-mint sauce, or beef burgundy, which feature slow cooked beef cubes in red wine marinade, pearl onions, carrots, mushrooms and potatoes. End off your meal with a slice of Mont Blanc chocolate chestnut log cake, a balance between rich smooth chestnut and chocolate mousse with a chocolate cake base. Till 7 Jan.
