The Armoury Craft Beer Bar

 Can’t get enough of smokey, grilled hunks of meat? The Armoury Craft Beer Bar is definitely the place to be on the weekends, for their affordably awesome steak and ribs buffet at only $29.90 ++/adult for a timed two hours; children below 12 get to dine at half-off. Tuck into their Balinese Pork Ribs, but don’t leave without trying the Ribeye and Striploin – the tender steaks are charcoal-grilled-to-order. Pair the meats with their sauces –  black pepper, mushroom, blue cheese and red wine jus- and you have yourself a meal fit for a (carnivorous) king. If you ever reach your saturation point for grilled meats, dig into their Grilled Squid and Beer-battered fish.

You’ll never be without dinner ideas on Thursday evenings again, as Marina Bay Sands’ international buffet restaurant RISE presents Backyard Barbecue. Featuring delights from different cuisines, the buffet boasts an open-fire grill selection of premium meat cuts and fresh seafood the outdoor Herb Garden. Experience the true Brazilian Churrascaria buffet experience at Carnivore, and savour fire-grilled meats expertly served by traditional knife-wielding Passadors at your table. It’s meat galore here, when diners can savour free-flow Alcatra (Beef Rump), Cupim (Beef Hump), Boneless Leg of Lamb, Roast Pork, and Butterfish. Enjoy seasonal cuts when you come for dinner, like the Picanha (Beef Rump Cap), Short Ribs, and for the more adventurous – Chicken Heart. Take a break between the different meats dishes at the salad bar, and try some of their 15 over hot and cold salads, appetizers and Brazilian specialties. The Carvery

The Carvery’s European meat buffet boasts a coveted cut of dry-aged USA Beef Prime Rib that is gently slow roasted for eight hours till medium doneness with a rosy pink centre; try some of this signature dish at the carving station, along with rotational cuts like tenderloin, striploin and ribeye. For mutton-lovers, try the rosemary and white wine-marinated New Zealand Roasted Leg of Lamb, or lamb shoulder and rack of lamb. To amp up the flavours, Pair beef with Maldon sea salt, red wine jus, and anchovy butter, and the lamb with their homemade mint sauce, Dijon mustard and sea salt. For white meat, the 10-hour mire poix-marinated Rotisserie Chicken is also available, and goes well with chilli sea salt, chicken gravy, and truffle butter. If you’re there for dinner, be sure to try their fluffy Yorkshire Pudding drizzled in veal jus or red wine sauce, and end off with the classic English Trifle – creamy custard layered with Kirsch soaked sponge cake, and adorned wiht fresh fruits and berries.

The Three Peacocks

Itching for something a little out-of-the-norm? Shake things up, and gather your friends to the unassuming Labrador Park for an outdoor seafood barbecue buffet at The Three Peacocks! Fire up the grill (choose between charcoal-grill or mookata-style hot pot), and throw on fresh seafood like crayfish, oysters, clams, and mussels and live crabs! Catch your own live prawns – they’re tricky to get ahold of but well worth the effort for their sweetness off the grill. For more seafood goodness, order live Boston lobsters for an extra charge. There’s also a meat selection with Wagyu Beef, and an array of cooked food like yakiniku squid sticks and tortilla wraps with Korean bulgogi.
