Nothing says Easter like the 21 egg dishes—such as the eggs Benedict and spinach frittata—at the egg-themed brunch buffet (12-3pm; $42++ adult, $21++ child aged 4-12) and the a la minute eggs station which serves up eight varieties. Also, expect a fresh crustacean bar and a ‘Uniquely Singapore’ pasta station with locally-inspired sauces. Kids can look forward to activities at the Kids’ Corner like face painting, balloon sculpting and an egg-painting competition, where prizes can be won.

Dine on the Asian and Western buffet spreads and feast on dishes such as the Crowne Roasted Baby Lamb and oven roasted snow fish with fresh thyme and capers. Kids will be in for a treat with bar ’75 transforming into a kiddie wonderland on the day itself, complete with a balloon sculptor, animated movies and an Easter egg hunt. The seafood offerings will also include goodies like Chilean scallop and fresh oysters, and their signature chilli crab. Kids won’t be left out of the fun with the children’s buffet and a special programme line-up, which include fun contests and Mr Bottle’s Magic Show.

From 4 to 5 April, those with a sweet tooth will enjoy the line-up of Easter-themed desserts at Café Mosaic’s high tea buffet ($65++ adult, $33++ child aged 5-12, 12-4pm), which includes hot cross buns, bunny chocolate tartlets, assorted chocolate eggs and pumpkin pudding. A variety of seafood on ice, main dishes and a live station can be expected as well. Enjoy sweet treats of the holiday like the perennial hot cross buns and basil seed cupcakes. Families can gear up for an Easter egg painting competition on giant balloons and even participate in the Easter egg hunt together.

In their three-day Easter buffet special (12-2.30pm, from $51 per person, $35.70 per child; 6.30-10pm, $64 per person, $44.80 per child) from 3 April, the restaurant will bring in chefs from overseas for new signature dishes such as their grilled tumeric fish with Kemangi leaf and U.S. Angus beef. Kids can take part in the Easter egg and face painting activities and even pose for a few photos at the photobooth.
