The organic house brewed tipple gets our vote in the aptly azure Busan Breeze ($20), a blend of Tanqueray No. 10, Peachtree schnapps and Blue CuraÃƒ §ao, served with a cucumber and fresh rosemary garnish in a highball glass. Jazzed up by java is the Itaewon Freedom ($22), a cosmopolitan concoction of Balvenie 17-year Double Wood, and house-infused cinnamon and coffee vodka.
