Tell us which dish tickles your fancy in Bangkok Jam’s new 2016 menu and you could be the winner of a dining experience for four people!

Tell us what’s your favourite new dish on the Bangkok Jam menu and you could win! For this giveaway, one lucky reader will win a set menu dining experience worth over $100, recommended for four diners. Contest runs 1-31 March 2016.

If you crave Thai food all the time, but don’t have time to explore Bangkok’s nooks and crannies in the near future, Bangkok Jam’s got the solution for you.

Save on the flight and dine on 12 fresh new dishes to Bangkok Jam’s menu this year. Settle into the modern bistro at eight convenient locations and tuck into a range of Thai street favourites, shared specialities, signatures for the meat lovers, and lipsmacking desserts.

Wonder why this dish is called Crying Tiger? The grilled Australian wagyu beef short plate ($26) is so good that a tiger purportedly burst into tears after trying it; order it yourself to dine on juicy and pink beef with a seared crust, sliced perfectly to dip each slice into a spicy lime dip. For an #eatclean option, enjoy the grilled beef in a crunchy salad ($16), with tossed rice powder and chilli lime dressing.

Bring friends to share the larger dishes of crispy deep-fried seabream ($28), topped with thai sambal sauce for that sweet-spicy sensation, while the slow braised beef shin ($19) is a comforting homecooked option that’s simmered for three hours to almost melt in the mouth.

Seafood lovers won’t be able to get enough of fried prawn and crabmeat rolls wrapped in tofu skin ($10), the burst of spices in stir-fried spicy seafood ($18) and otah-like steamed prawn custard with red curry ($12).

Last but not least, pandan pancake ($8.50) with coconut ice cream and honey rivals its Western version anytime, and crispy banana balls stuffed with mozzarella ($8) offers an innovatively creamy and crunchy bite in every mouthful.
